Sancerre La Fuzelle, Adrien Maréchal is a classic Sauvignon Blanc, from the vineyards of the small, well-known district of the upper Loire. Only grapes from the classic Sauvignon vine are allowed into Sancerre, which derives its special flavour from the limestone soil of the appellation.
Full of crisp ripe acidity, gooseberry, crunchy green apple and cut grass all spring to mind. A beautifully balanced wine with a long delicious finish. Enjoy this versitile wine alongside white fish, goats cheese and shellfish.
