5I needed a heavy mill - and this is heavy. Unfortunately I cannot use it, or find out how to grind or even open to refill!!. Can someone explain to me how to operate this mill? Do I turn the knob to open? Do I turn the top part to grind? Everything is so tight I even got pliers to loosen the top and knob and it didn`t MOVE !!! HELP

It sounds as though the product may have a defect as it certainly shouldn`t be this tight. To fill up the pepper you need to unscrew to silver knob at the top of the mill. Please do return this to us using our free returns service and we can replace this for you.
