Ingredients

• 35ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
• 20ml Provence Rosé Wine
• 20ml Lanique Rose Liqueur
• Fever-Tree Indian tonic water
• Lemon peel
• Dried lavender stem

Method

1. Combine Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, Provence Rosé Wine, with Lanique Rose Liqueur and fill to the top with Fever-Tree Indian tonic water.
   
2. Build over cubed ice in a glass and gently stir.
   Garnish with lemon peel, and a dried lavender stem to finish.
