Provence Spritz Recipe
Presenting the Provence Spritz, a bright and floral cocktail showcasing our Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’.
Ingredients
- 35ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
- 20ml Provence Rosé Wine
- 20ml Lanique Rose Liqueur
- Fever-Tree Indian tonic water
- Lemon peel
- Dried lavender stem
Method
- Combine Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, Provence Rosé Wine, with Lanique Rose Liqueur and fill to the top with Fever-Tree Indian tonic water.
- Build over cubed ice in a glass and gently stir.
Garnish with lemon peel, and a dried lavender stem to finish.
