Rose Martini Recipe
A contemporary twist on a classic and timeless cocktail, showcasing our ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’.
Ingredients
- 50ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
- 10ml Knightor Rosé Vermouth
- 5ml St~Germain elderflower liqueur
- 5ml Grapefruit juice
- Orange peel
- Ice
Method
- Add ice to a martini glass a set-aside.
- Add the gin, rosé vermouth, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and some ice to a mixing jug, and stir for 30 seconds.
- Empty the ice from the martini glass.
- Double strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
