Sainte Marie '75 Recipe

Lavender season in the UK runs from May to September. Whereas Rosé season, allegedly, runs all year round. Something to consider when you mix yourself a Sainte Marie ‘75.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
  • 20ml lavender liqueur
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • Dry sparkling wine top

Method

  1. Add the gin, lavender liqueur and lemon juice to a Boston shaker.

  2. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.

  3. Strain into a tall Champagne flute.

  4. Fill to the top with sparkling wine.

  5. Garnish with orange peel on the rim of the glass.
