Sainte Marie '75 Recipe
Lavender season in the UK runs from May to September. Whereas Rosé season, allegedly, runs all year round. Something to consider when you mix yourself a Sainte Marie ‘75.
Ingredients
- 25ml Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
- 20ml lavender liqueur
- 10ml lemon juice
- Dry sparkling wine top
Method

Add the gin, lavender liqueur and lemon juice to a Boston shaker.

Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain into a tall Champagne flute.

Fill to the top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with orange peel on the rim of the glass.
