I`m sorry the engraving was not correct, we absolutely would have corrected this for you. I`ve checked our incoming emails and I can`t see an email from you - I don`t know what happened but it`s important to us that you are happy with your order. Mistakes shouldn`t happen as we do have a two stage checking system, unfortunately yours has slipped through, it`s not our usual standard of service. The marriage of Dolores Sala Vive (granddaughter of the founder of Casa Sala) and Pedro Ferrer-Bosch (of the La Freixeneda family) in Catalunya sparked the birth of the Freixenet story; and the newlyweds soon went into business together.
