Ideal for using tableside during Sunday roasts or special occasions, this 3-piece Laguiole Carving Set from Claude Dozorme includes a razor-sharp knife for cutting thin slices of meat, a fork for stability as you carve and a premium sharpening steel to maintain the knife blade.
The highly polished carving knife glides effortlessly through meat with the most satisfying degree of precision. Both the carving knife and fork are forged from a single piece of stainless steel, the blade and prongs full tang and are triple riveted for superior strength.
Featuring a hand carved decorative ‘spine’, the signature Laguiole bee emblem rests on the bolster as a reassuring reminder of the quality. Attractive polished rosewood handles are well balanced and gently curved for an ergonomic grip.

The Dozorme family started producing knives in 1902 in Monnerie near Thiers, where Blaise Dozorme set up a workshop in his home. His skill and knowledge of the industry gave the business a well-respected beginning which grew over the years. In the 1970s Claude Dozorme, Blaise's grandson, brought innovative new designs to the company and today they produce high quality, beautiful sets which you will be proud to own.
