International orders will be dispatched using our premium export partner Global-e. Any local taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout with the option to prepay.

 

Our Packaging:

All of our packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel. We are communicating with our suppliers to change this.

 

Free Returns

You can return non personalised products purchased from us for a no quibble refund using our free returns service within 90 days of receiving the item. On engraved orders we are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we still offer our no quibble returns service.. Returns from outside the UK will need to pay return postage.

Farrar & Tanner has in house, state-of-the-art engraving machinery, operated by skilled and experienced staff to ensure that your product is engraved with a perfect, striking and everlasting finish.
