Let down slightly by the personalising of it which is just a brass plate stuck to the box which actually falls off and doesn’t stick well.

Crafted with an inlaid leatherette playing surface, this contemporary board by Manopoulos is perfect for quieter play. The wooden checkers move silently across the smooth grey board with its contrasting points.
Constructed from oak the set has side racks for organised storage and includes dice and a doubling cube. The set is completed with an ostrich leatherette lid which has a striking texture.
