5. Had to phone them initially as trying to prove over 18 when final stage of purchasing on line was impossible . Talked to a member of staff who was very helpful & when I explained purchase was an 80 th birthday present She enclosed a small card to say who the sender was with a short message .(? Perhaps this could be included in the future if a gift )
The wine arrived next day , the recipient was thrilled with their gift . The black wine box was very distinctive with the gold lettering making an excellent gift which was good value & the wine was high quality .

Founded in 1976 by Luis Felipe Edwards Sr, when he purchased an old wine estate within its own valley at Puquillay. Prolific expansion followed throughout the 80's and 90's, resulting in a portfolio that now features a large array of brands and wine styles and has become the largest family-owned wine company in Chile.
The Luis Felipe Edwards Estate totals over 2000 hectares (4942 acres) throughout multiple regions including the Colchagua, Maule and Leyda valleys.
Today, the company remains family-owned and exports wine to over 100 diffferent countries around the world.
