5Excellent service, one of the whiskey glasses I had ordered unfortunately arrived broken , as it was for a gift for someone I needed a replacement asap . The lady at Customer Service was very accommodating and once she had seen proof via email of the broken glass she sent me a replacement which arrived the following morning!
