Oliver, I am so sorry to read this - it`s so unlike us to have not picked this up before it was sent, we are already training for our Christmas staff and this must have slipped through, it`s very embarrassing to admit and I am investigating to make sure this doesn`t happen again. I can see this has now been refunded.
