Returns & Warranties


You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 60 days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

All goods must be returned unused and with their original undamaged packaging with all contents included for a refund to be granted. 

Please include your name and order number, and brief statement of the reason for return and if you would prefer a replacement, alternative product or refund.

We offer a FREE returns service on all products for UK orders. Simply fill out the form on the following link, print the label and drop off at your local Post Office. < Click Here >

Engraved Orders: We are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving or embossing that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to arrange an exchange or credit to your Farrar & Tanner account. Provided the details of the engraving match your initial order and the product is returned in re-sellable condition with all packaging.

All products sold by Farrar & Tanner are premium quality products and carry manufacturer’s warranty to cover any issues.
Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 30 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer using our free returns service and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf.
Beyond the first 30 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the relevant manufacture products and you will need to contact them directly. Please get in touch so we can assist you with any issues you have.
