2After having used my new knife successfully, I put it in the dishwasher as usual. It came out slightly discoloured. It took the use of a scouring pad to take out the marks left on the surface. This in my view should not have happened. This has not impressed me and I can't imagine it will be my "go to" knife in the future if I have to clean it twice. However, delivery and packaging were really good.Teresa
