This slim folding knife feature a high grade polished stainless steel blade with an opposing corkscrew. This convenient pair of household and dining tools harkens back to the traditional Laguiole waiter's knife. Handcrafted in the image of centuries old Laguiole knives, the centrepiece handle uses gentle curves and light polishing to accentuate the dense cow horn and its pitch black finish. Two brass bolsters sit either side of the handle, creating a striking juxtaposition of colour. The iconic Laguiole bee sits just above the blade as a signature of assured quality.
