Personalised Items: We are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving or embossing, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to arrange an exchange or credit to your Farrar & Tanner account.

Non-Personalised Items: You can return unused items for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

Please download the returns form here. All goods must be returned unused and with their original undamaged packaging with all contents included for a refund to be granted. 

We offer a FREE returns service on all products for UK orders. Simply fill out the form, print the label and drop your parcel off at your local Post Office.




All products sold by Farrar & Tanner are premium quality products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty to cover faults.

Should a product develop a fault within 60 days of purchase please follow the return process above. Beyond the first 60 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the relevant manufacturer.
