This philosophy extends beyond our collection to the way we package, operate and manage our environmental impact.

Circular Packaging

Packaging is an essential part of protecting your order, but we work hard to minimise unnecessary waste. Our UK-made postage boxes use exclusively FSC-certified materials, helping to reduce transport distances while supporting responsible forestry.

Nearly 100% of the cardboard packaging we receive is shredded in-house and repurposed as protective packaging for outgoing orders. This circular approach gives materials a second life, reduces waste and makes it easier for customers to recycle their packaging at home.

Lower-Carbon Operations

Across our warehouse, offices and showroom, we use electricity supplied under a certified net-zero tariff. Energy-efficient, motion-activated LED lighting helps reduce unnecessary consumption, while our fully electric warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet movers, supports cleaner day-to-day operations.

Energy-Efficient Heating & Cooling

We regulate temperatures across our workspaces using advanced air-to-air heat pumps. Operating at efficiencies exceeding 350% under suitable conditions, these systems provide effective heating and cooling while using significantly less energy than conventional electric resistance heating.
