1Looked nothing like the picture. I originally put that I wanted the belt personalised but removed it from the cart as I thought if the sizing was wrong I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. I then added it back to the cart without the personalisation but it was sent to me personalised anyway. That meant I could only get a gift card and there is literally nothing I want given how poor the service was. So I’m out £40 and the company has got my £40 for nothing. Also, the gift card was only for £35. I would literally never buy from this company again and recommend no one else does either. The belt I purchased was completely the wrong colour and was supposed to be reversible but was not.

I`m sorry to hear about this. We have checked the belt and it is reversable, you need to lift the buckle on the belt until it clicks and it will then twist to the reversable side. I can send you a video of this if you`d like to re-order the belt.
My apologies for the gift card price error, I`m not sure why we didn`t include the full amount but I will ensure this is resolved. I will also follow up with an email to see if you`d like to re-order the belt with instructions on how to use the buckle.

I only just realised this week, when my Husband complained about the poor quality of the belt this week and I checked my receipt and noticed the belt is completely different to the one I ordered. Disappointed with the service and cannot believe, I didn’t realise beforehand as this was a Christmas present.
