3Tang Stamp on blade is faint and indistinct, blade spine is incorrectly angled in the open position, ironwood could show a more interesting grain, so too many flaws in a knife at this price level.
That apart, it`s a very pretty folder which will make an elegant gentleman`s pocket carry, and the service from Farrar & Tanner was good.

5It was bought as a Christmas present for my dad, he had a similar knife to this when I was younger.
We've always had axes and knives in the family to be used as tools but also they are aesthetically pleasing, the 110 is a simple design which I think makes it beautiful and strong, it feels comfortable and well made in the hand also very sharp as it should be.
it's everything a woodsman like my dad needs, I know he will get a lot of use out it.
I had it engraved with our pet dogs name NIPPA who sadly died a few years ago, so it's a good name for a knife and he can carry her with him.
The engraving is beautifully done too.
Overall I rate this knife 10/10 due to it's simplicity and traditional design,
even though I won't be using it I know my dad will be happy with this. thank you.
