Using fine materials and traditional techniques, Forge de Laguiole have crafted a beautiful set with striking olive wood handles. The cheese knife effortlessly slices through the hardest cheeses with its cutting hook. The 'mouchette' is one of a kind. Wonderfully balanced with a lightweight design, the 'mouchette' offers a fine symmetrical cut, particularly suited to thinly sliced varieties.
