Produced in Thiers since 1902, Claude Dozorme knives have a history of quality which is evident in this Le Thiers Couteau du Pain (Bread Knife). Featuring a rich vein olive wood handle, this versatile knife is equipped with a quality, stainless steel blade, which cuts without difficulty and won’t need to be re-engineered thanks to its wide teeth. Ideal for slicing all types of breads, baguettes, brioches and cakes; the skilfully designed teeth of the blade allow you to cut your baked goods with ease and without breaking the aesthetic of the crust.
Presented in a beech wood box, an engraved message can be added to the knife blade or gift box for a stunning gift.

The Dozorme family started producing knives in 1902 in Monnerie near Thiers, where Blaise Dozorme set up a workshop in his home. His skill and knowledge of the industry gave the business a well-respected beginning which grew over the years. In the 1970s Claude Dozorme, Blaise's grandson, brought innovative new designs to the company and today they produce high quality, beautiful sets which you will be proud to own.
