Unfortunately, wish I could say the same about Royal Mail as the first one arrived smashed to pieces however Farrar & Tanner replied to my messages immediately and a replacement arrived within 48 hours. After having a lengthy online chat with a lady in Sales (I hope you can check her name as I've since forgotten it), she resolved the issue and the gift was delivered same day.
