3The engraving on the first set I received was not what was requested on the order. I returned it and received a second set with the correct letters engraved but in a font other than the one requested and, in addition, one of the snaps on the carrier case was defective. The one bright spot has been Lauren, the customer service representative, who has been really excellent in helping get the product replaced quickly and efficiently so it could be given as a Christmas present. She answered all my emails rapidly and processed returns as quickly as possible. Bottom line: product--not great; customer service--terrificAnne
