The large-scale carving knife glides effortlessly through meat with the most satisfying degree of precision, and the perfectly weighted, well-balanced ebony wood handle is crafted by hand, to form a beautifully ergonomic shape and is a pleasure to hold.
A patterned steel spine runs the length, of the handle and the iconic Forge de Laguiole bee rests just before the blade not only as an integral part of the spring but also as a reassuring symbol of quality. The fork is full-tang and triple riveted for optimum strength and features the same carved pattern as the knife.
