All three knives are crafted from a single piece of twice sharpened stainless steel, which removes weak points and prepares the knives for years of robust work. As with all knives in the Victorinos kitchen range, each knife has a comfortable, ergonomic handle with a contemporary design. This helps to complete the balance of the knife and ease the user through the cut.
