This traditional tankard designed by English Pewter Co has a classic silhouette with a highly polished pewter finish.
Added to the body of the tankard are line details which complement the square, modern shape of the handle to create a subtle but eye-catching piece. Completing this tankard is a glass base which gives a lovely weight even when empty. Glass based tankards are associated with myths of being pressed into the navy by having a shilling slipped into your drink, the clear base allowed the drinker to check for a shilling before accepting their pint.
This classic pewter tankard can be engraved with your own special message, for a more sentimental gift.
