3 I was unfortunately disappointed with this item. The top finish is lovely but the rest of the box I thought, was below my expectation. Given the reputation and claims of the company I am surprised they would continue to sell an item that is so clearly wide of the mark when it comes to build quality and finish. Coupled with sending it out inside it’s made in china box, it’s certainly not ready to be given as it arrives. By removing it from its outer box it does help a little but ultimately this jewlerry box does not ooze luxury and craftsmanship. What I would say is that it appears returns are easy enough to make. We have kept the jewellery box as it was part of an anniversary present, but we were both rather underwhelmed with this item. I feel your company given its history deserves better. W.B
