Italfama Grey Erable Briar Wood Chessboard – X Large

Bring Italian craftsmanship to the game with the Italfama Grey Erable Briar Wood Chessboard, an elegant hand-inlaid board crafted in Italy and finished with a beautiful high-gloss surface. The distinctive grey Erable briar wood gives the board a contemporary character while showcasing the intricate natural figuring of the wood. Contrasting light playing squares create a crisp, sophisticated playing surface, framed by a wide grey briar border that allows the rich pattern of the wood to take centre stage. Measuring 51 × 51cm, with generous 5cm playing squares, the board offers an impressive playing surface suited to larger chess pieces. The glossy finish enhances the depth and detail of the briar wood while giving the board an elegant polished appearance. Italfama confirms the 515R as a hand-inlaid briar wood chessboard made in Italy.   Beautiful enough to remain on display between games, this distinctive Italian chessboard makes an excellent centrepiece for a games room, study or living space, as well as a thoughtful gift for a keen chess player.
