1I have not received the item. After chasing UPS for weeks - they attempted to deliver the item on a day I did not specify and then now cannot find my address. I have called almost every day and asked for an update, I have given clear instructions about where to find the property and been promised a delivery almost every day without anyone turning up. Really dissatisfied - have tried calling you for a refund but no one answered the phone. I would like a refund asap as the item was a Xmas gift. Many thanks.
We did have a lot of additional calls and emails over the Christmas period - if you`ve since not been in touch, please do reply to your confirmation email and I`ll arrange your refund. It was a very frustrating time and I`m sorry that the delivery company did not deliver. It`s not good enough and we have contingency in place for problems like this but I suspect we simply ran out of time to fix this before Christmas. It`s not our normal service but we were up against it with all delivery companies pulling back their services due to overload.
