1I’ve had these gloves before and love them so bought them (over a week in advance) for a friend’s birthday. They didn’t arrive. The first time I was asked for a review I said they haven’t arrived and I’ve missed my friend’s birthday. Got a very apologetic reply asking if I’d like a refund or expedited delivery of a replacement to arrive the next day (a Friday) - as I was seeing my friend the next day I said yes please could I have that. However, on chasing on the Friday I found out on Sunday that it had never been sent. Really disappointed with this company and will not be using them again.
