5This review is regarding the customer service, when a similar item was ordered I was told the following it will be delivered to my hotel 2 days before the wedding.
This never happen & knowbody contacted me let me know why the item wasn't delivered.
On the Wednesday 1 day before the wedding I contacted the company spoke to lovely lady but wanted an explanation why knowbody contacted and this was the 5 company I ordered a Wedding knife from and has let me down/failed delivery.
The lady apologied & she got to the route of the problem, the previous knief was damaged & couldn't be dispatched, communication should of been better in relaying that to me.
In the end the kind lady asked me to choose a different wedding knife double the price at no extra charge to me, the engravememnt was also stamped on the knife & she told me she watched over the chaps engraving before before being shipped next day prime delivery.
Well the lady saved the day, the knife arrived the following morning, 9.45am at the hotel in Greenwich, in the end great service by the lovely kady, wedding was fantastic and the knife will be on display in our living to remind us of our special day.

5I had previously given a negative review with supporting photographs based on the poor quality of the engraving of the Opinel knife. F&B obviously saw this and without any fuss or even contacting me, simply sent out a replacement within days of me posting the review.
Based on this I am delighted with the high level of customer service provided and would not hesitate to recommend.

An excellent tool for picking a variety of mushrooms, including morels, ceps, chanterelles and trumpets.
This special collection features a folding pocket knife and nylon pouch, all crafted in France by Opinel and displayed in a gift box. The curved blade is crafted from Sandvik modified stainless steel and features a toothed back. The signature Opinel handle is French oak, a resilient hardwood with a yellow-brown finish. Regular veins run throughout the handle, leading to the unique boar bristle brush, ideal for cleaning dirt from the mushrooms.
The blade is locked in place with the signature Virobloc safety ring, securing it when open or closed.
