5I was looking for a corkscrew to replace my partner's Harrods one which had broken after many years good service. Intrigued by the You Tube video I purchased this. I had his name engraved on it which I always think is a nice thing to do. My Vietnamese daughter-in-law stayed with us at Christmas (she is tiny!) she was able to open a bottle quite easily - and then remove the cork from the screw. He likes it so much he keeps it in the (really elegant) box it came in. This makes it look much smarter on the shelf, we know it won't get dusty and will keep it safe from scratches and falls. I'll add a video of my daughter-in-law using it next time I see her!Teresa

5I bought this as a Xmas present and it is an excellent product. Also, the original order was lost by the Royal Mail, when I contacted Farrar and Tanner they replaced it without quibble within 24 hours.Julian Clark

5Absolutely fabulous gift which I’m sure my son will love and treasure for Christmas gift. The presentation of the corkscrew is very classy. Definitely a lovely addition to his kitchen.

4The quality of the product and the packaging is really good and feels worth the cost. My only issue is the branding on the product itself is badly done and lets the product down - it is a piece of paper behind a round disk of acrylic which does not quite fit properly. This detail does not match the quality of the rest of the product and would neither last or be water resistant. Maxim Wells Gray

5This is so much better than the classic screwpull with two arms that you have to hold together. This allows you to hold the BOTTLE, rather than the two arms. The leverage gearing is also better, allowing a smooth pull of the cork.Anonymous

5After previous experiences of poorly made lever corkscrews that fell apart after a few months, I wanted a really robust lever corkscrew that would last. My first impressions of the Oeno Motion Corkscrew are that it is exactly what I wanted. It's easy to use and feels well-made, so that it should last, hopefully, for many years.John

3Arrived really promptly and a beautiful gift but sadly when it arrived the packaging was rather tatty (see images) which resulted in me having to remove the sleeve as it was a work anniversary gift for a colleague. Given the expense of the product i was hoping for it to arrive in immaculate condition.Anonymous
