I needed it for the 1st August, so had no choice but to use what I was given. The quality is just top-notch; just not what I ordered.

I can see that we asked for some pictures of the product that you had received so that we could arrange a return and for a replacement to be sent on Next day delivery. We did our very best in offering to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and make sure you had the bag in the correct colourway on time.
