5This is a beautiful chess set which I bought for my son in law for Christmas. Unfortunately, the white queen was broken when he unwrapped it even though it was packaged very well.

Using onyx, the pieces have been carved in white and green shades which have undertones of darker colours showing through. The simple design of the pieces showcases the onyx which are based in velvet to avoid damage. The matching board shows off the eye-catching onyx and is a pleasure to play on.
Stored in a lined carry case, this is a fantastic gift.
