5I bought this glass for my daughter for her 21st birthday. The glass was beautiful but had a hole in it where the engraving was. I messaged Farrar and Tanner and had an almost immediate reply. They apologised and a replacement sent out that day. My daughter now has her gorgeous gin glass and had pride of place in the cupboard. I thanked them for their excellent service and they explained if there’s a problem they will fix it. To anyone thinking of ordering something from here do not hesitate, as not only are the items great quality but you know if there is a problem it will get sorted. My partner and I are getting married in September and he is getting his best man a gift from here. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thank so much xKim Spence
