4I was sorry that you do not have the full range of Remy Martin, The presentation box is good And the printing is fine the inside could be a bit more up to a fine cognac champagne like a silk linings while straw is fine for more robust drinks. Once again I would like to thank you and the staff I spoke to on the phone so for know stay safe and all the best for the rest of the year

3The reason that I haven't given a 'very good' rating is due to the fact that there were marks on the wooden gift box. These marks were due to rough handling and perhaps not enough protective packaging. Not serious enough to warrant an exchange due to the hassle of re-ordering and sending existing one back. It has taken the shine off the product for me though.Tim Colborn

3The product itself and the box was great - but I paid £15.99 for next day delivery and didn`t receive it until the day after that. Which made a special birthday present a day late!!!

As this order was placed on the 10th at 4:36 PM after our cut off point (2PM) it got processed and dispatched the following day. Therefore there was a "delay" on delivery.
However, as this was clearly just a misunderstanding. I have refunded you postage.
