This set of six knives from Claude Dozorme are beautifully handcrafted from the finest quality stainless steel, the smooth partial-tang blade means these knives are easy to re-sharpen, so you can cut with ease no matter how well done you like your steak. The ergonomic gently curved handle is a pleasure to hold, double brass riveted for superior strength, finished in a beautifully polished olive wood and most crucially, adorned with the signature bee emblem, a reassuring reminder of the Claude Dozorme quality.

The Dozorme family started producing knives in 1902 in Monnerie near Thiers, where Blaise Dozorme set up a workshop in his home. His skill and knowledge of the industry gave the business a well-respected beginning which grew over the years. In the 1970s Claude Dozorme, Blaise's grandson, brought innovative new designs to the company and today they produce high quality, beautiful sets which you will be proud to own.
